Very poor service. Ordered and paid for item online on 29th June. By mid August no product had been delivered and despite numerous attempts to email and call for updates, no communication was received. Have now received a refund, but now have to reorder the product with someone else, meaning a work project is now delayed.

Extremely poor service, ordered and paid for product 2nd June. I have had no product delivered and have tried phoning and emailing with no luck, even paid extra for faster delivery. It is now just over 3 months since I ordered and paid for the product. 2nd September, still no communication and no refund either. Aviod if you want a product on time and not to be out of pocket. I would give printing creations 0 stars, but the lowest you can give is 1 star, unfortunately.

Fantastic service and quick turnaround, especially during the current situation. Friendly staff, affordable prices. THANK YOU!!
