I was looking for a very specific size canvas print 10"x10" and a lot of the large printing companies just aren't that flexible. I happened across Blue Spot after a google search and although I was a little unsure to start with I am now very happy indeed. The online photo upload was simple, options quickly chosen and no faffing around placing the order. The prints arrived in 4 working days well packaged and I am very impressed with them. We had high res photos to start with which I am sure helps with quality but the colours are excellent and they are just what we were looking for. I think they will be getting some repeat business with some more of our wedding photos!

No goods received after purchasing from them, no reply to emails. Finally get a reply stating courier attempted delivery twice which is COMPLETE LIES! They would not provide any tracking details. Total frauds, Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Terrible! Poster never arrived and apart from 1 email saying they would check non delivery they did not respond. Phoned them but number was unobtainable. Will never use again!!!

Terrible! No communication, no delivery, no phone calls being answered, no emails being responded too. Taken my money and no product. Thinking it's a fake website

Avoid like the Plague - waited weeks for delivery - queried the delay and told they would investigate. Heard nothing back so cancelled the order, and re- ordered from another lab. Without informing me they reprinted the canvas and sent it again - had to claim a refund from paypal. Have dealt with them successfully in the past but they are now overpriced, and have added postage costs.(canvas from the other supplier was £10 cheaper and post free). Communication is terrible - no response to several queries.

I ordered 2 Canvas's off eBay that didn't arrive. Contacted the seller to explain that they didn't arrive by the expected arrival date and that I would like to cancel the order or return them for a refund as per their terms and conditions in their listing.

I was told the original orders were lost by Royal mail and even after telling them I wanted a refund, they shipped out replacements, and they couldn't even get that right, they were shipped to an address 74 mile's away from me.

They've refused to refund me which meant I had to open cases on eBay / PayPal. So far I've had one order refunded for £25 but they are now blackmailing me saying they won't refund the 2nd £25 unless I remove the negative feedback I left on eBay.

Will let PayPal recover the money for me. Not giving into bullying tactics and people need to know how ridiculous these cowboys are.

If I could put 0 star I would! This company is a complete joke, they take your money but don't produce anything. Customer service is appalling. They completely ignore your emails, phone number is disconnected. Off to try to get my money back through PayPal. Avoid like the plague!! Fraudsters and theifs!

avoid .... placed order and received confirmation email but that was it .... no further contact and no print ... tried contacting on phone number but unobtainable. also found a mobile number on the internet but that too was disconnected. Got a refund through PayPal
