Extremely poor customer customers service - avoid. We used TapBros to address an leaking roof, despite a promise of a resolution to the problem when it could not be fixed we were fobbed off and told that they never promised to fix the leak. We withheld 50% of the invoice and were threatened with legal action. To top it all just recently we were informed that private details of our contract with TapBros and the allegation of a debt owed was sent to a third party, a clear and serious breach of privacy and Data Protection. A formal complaint was sent to TapBros but they have failed to respond in any meaningful way. Avoid avoid avoid!
