Landlord Safety Certificate

Got an EICR done for a property I am buying. Very good communication over the phone and they booked the appointment with the estate agent. Everything was done efficiently for a good price. No complaints

Got my Gas n Fsc done in Wembley area, office team were great 👍 thanks zee, Engineer Waheb I believe called me in morning as requested to confirm rough timing which was FAB n amazing service as it helped with planning the day.

Fraudsters. Stay away. They took payment and, on the day of the scheduled appointment, just sent an email that they don't cover my postcode. (where they been looking when taking order/ accepting payment) Now calling them daily asking for a refund, but so far, I have just been fed by promises that a refund will be issued. Going to contact my bank to take action.

Very disappointed with this company. The engineer promised our certificate on the same day (or the next day at the very latest as he explained the office can be slow to send this out and that we should chase them if not received the same day) and yet a week and a half on we have not received it as they told us the "engineer was having problems sending the certificates out". This was 5 days ago and since then my emails have gone ignored. I personally cannot recommend them as the service we have received has been very poor.

What an amazing company 👌 Used them twice now for two of my properties and absolutely brilliant. Saj was very polite and helpful on the phone to change my booking to a later date.
