Pathetic excuse for a property service company. They were appointed to carry out and inventory check out for me and sent an inexperienced member of staff to carry it out. Needless to say, she missed material damage in the flat and entire cupboards worth of items. The head of property inspections, is just as pathetic. I lost money from assigning what I thought would be a professional firm. I would never recommend them! Stay away!

It was well detailed, accompanied by high-resolution color pictures and a thorough assessment of concerns and issues.
