TOTAL TIME WASTERS!

I had this company booked for EICR check. First appointment booked on 14th february and after waiting 5 hours i called them and they said they forgot to book the appointment on the diary and booked me another one for today. Again after waiting for 7 hours and calling them 10 times and been told the electrician was sent to another address. It costed my two days of work, loss of income and all the frustration on the phone trying to understand their lack of organisational skills and professionalism. I emailed them complaint letter for a written explanation of their chain of mistakes but it seem they blocked my email. Don't waste your time and book somewhere else with more professional people.

I had a PAT testing job booked in between a 5 hour slot 1-6pm. I had two colleagues travel and spend £15 each to get their kit tested.

No engineer showed up, eventhough I rang at 5pm to check they were coming and were told they were on route.

Try to rearrange the next morning and they wouldn't budge on any times, even-though they messed up and also would only offer 5% maximum discount.

Awful service, avoid using.

my appointment was cancelled and was assured that I would be the 1st appointment the next day.

Engineer turned up at 4pm, then i was assured that the report would be sent by 9pm. It is now the next day, I am still waiting for schedule to come through.

The booking for the EICR certificate went through smoothly and quickly, although there was a slight error that needed a phone call to correct. The engineer arrived well within the appointed time slot, and went through the whole process in detail and professionally. He gave me feedback at every stage, and also noted down the details. Altogether, it took about 40 mins to complete. The certificate arrived in my mail in a couple of days.

Altogether, a very good, economical, and professional outfit. Would be happy to recommend them, and would be happy to use them again in the future.
