Expensive company. Their staff intentionally spend more time than usual doing the work to get more money. One guy comes and pretends that don't know the outcome and needs expertise, and by this, they will charge you already without doing anything. Plus another charge with the second guy who came.
Very Disappointing. I will never use this company again. Your slogan "Help made easy but charging too much money isn't helping.
Warning to everyone who attempts, please be mindful.

I booked an appliance repair and the engineer never came. However, they charged my card £113 although noone attended. I've called and emailed to get this refunded but no reply. They literally stole my money and are now not replying.

DO NOT BOOK, THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I suppose I should have read the reviews before I called them. They charge in half hour slots and the gentleman who attended spent the first 30 minutes saying it can’t be done with the equipment he has due to access issues, then he called a friend as his equipment wasn’t working, who resolved it in about 7 minutes. I got charged for 2 hours of work. Job done but I think their management have trained them to squeeze out as much time as possible from the client. Wouldn’t recommend

So many issues.
- the first person who was sent was phyiscally injured and unable to do the work. They offered to send someone else free of charge the next time.
- the next person called at 11:36 to say they wouldn't make the morning appointment and they didn't even know it was a morning appointment
- same the next day - they ended up coming in the afternoon for the morning appointment
- then they charged for the visit which was supposed to be free
- when trying to get this money back you have to wait for the accounts department, which is 15 mins every time
- I had to call a few times to remind to reimburse and in the end it took 3 weeks after originally charged

A vague quotation led to only part of the work required to be completed.
Then overcharged by £1000 and chased for weeks for a refund, which was eventually done.
It's now over a month later and still chasing for a job sheet so we can get the unfinished work finished by another company. No response to any emails.

Was told I was getting a quote, and then got charged for 1 hours work afterwards even though the electrician was there for half an hour and the quote was supposedly not chargeable? Really unhappy with outcome, now being chased to pay even though the guy on the phone agreed the charge was unfair.

PLEASE READ BAD REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY AND DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR BANK CARD DETAILS!

We requested an engineer to visit our office to fix a dripping tap and 2 blocked sinks (bathroom sink and shower) we also had a slightly blocked kitchen sink where the water would take some time to drain. The engineer spent 8 hours on our property!!! 4 of those were spent fixing the blocked sink upstairs – his comments were - Attended site located issue with blocked basin, cleaned out trap and used chemicals downstream to remove hair build-up. How on earth did this take 4 hours??

After the 8 hours spent on the property, he had only fixed one blocked sink and installed a new kitchen tap and identified that we needed a new saniflo macerator.

Since his visit our kitchen sink is now completely blocked, and not draining, which wasn’t the case before his visit, (as per the engineers’ comments in the follow up email) and our toilet is also now completely blocked, again this wasn’t an issue before his visit.

We were then charged £1,473 and as far as we are concerned the matter has been made worse. Further, they debited the invoice amount straight away without us giving consent to do so or allowing us to check the invoice to confirm it was valid.

Aspect then sent through a quote for a further £2,545? In total to fix 2 blocked sinks, replace a dripping tap and fit a new macerator they wanted to charge just over £4,000?

We complained about this on the 10th Jan and it took them 2 days to respond knowing we had a completely blocked toilet and sink.

During this time, we had to employ an external company to fix the problem as it was taking too long to receive a response from Aspect. We were also told that two saniflo macerators needed to be replaced, not just the one. Why wasn’t this picked up when the engineer was on site for 8 hours?!

Also, the external company we used charged over a £1000 less than the quote Aspect provided.

I can’t help but think if we had the external company in the beginning, we have saved a lot more money.

Aspect never bothered to respond to my last email either.

NEVER AGAIN WOULD WE USE THEIT SERVICES!!
