What can I say, the service provided from start to finish was excellent. Spoke to Abid in the office firstly and he was brilliant, I told him the fault of my cooker and he diagnosed it over the phone and got the part ordered and then the engineer turned up and installed the part and got my cooker working. Very quick and efficient turn around, I would highly recommend..

Excellent service - I was in touch with Moncef who was able to take great care in understanding my issue and assisted me in getting my oven replaced in less than a week. Really happy with the efficient customer service and the overall outcome as getting my oven fixed/replaced seemed more difficult during the current lockdown. Also, having 2 young children means take away every day was not an option. Thank you Moncef and the whole of Repair Force team! Highly recommended .
