Have used Ward Property Services for over 10 years now. Never let me down and always so pleasant to deal with. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had Ward Property Services over to install a new kitchen in our extension. Dean came out to do the initial site visit and helped us with the layout and choices available within our budget. Mark, Terry and the rest of the team were polite, hard working and the finish is fantastic. We went with a quartz worktop which really finishes it all off. Front the kitchen installation through to the decoration the finish and overall job was first class. Would highly recommend this company and will be using them again when we have saved for our bathroom to be done.

Recently used Ward Property Services for a new bathroom suite and getting the rest of the house decorated. What a fantastic group of gentlemen. Every single member from their team that I had the pleasure to meet treat my home with the utmost respect and were all incredibly polite and personable. They all took great pride in their work and kept me updated with how the job was coming along, showing me what had been done making sure I was completely satisfied!

I'm already thinking about getting the kitchen updated now!

We had an escape of water in the kitchen and the insurance company asked us to contact a local company for the repairs. Ward Property were given the job of fixing the leak and all remedial works. They carefully removed the kitchen units and removed the water damaged laminate flooring. Traced the leak and repaired. They then re-fitted the kitchen units, laid new wood flooring and redecorated. Their staff were courteous, polite and on time everyday (cleaning up when they left). Very happy with the works !!

Highly recommend this company. They carried out various repairs and we found the contractors to be very polite, hardworking and tidy in their work. The girls in the office are a lovely bunch and kept us well informed of schedules and answered any questions we had. We would not hesitate to use this company again!

Have used Ward Property Services many times over roughly 15 years. Always found to be very polite and helpful from the office staff to the guys who come out to complete the works. Will offer helpful advice of what would work best too. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them in the future. Very happy with works carried out!

They did a bathroom for me 6 years ago. The shower has leaked ever since to the extent that my kitchen ceiling has been damaged by damp & electricity tripped. They refused to acknowledge this initially by fobbing me off several times with saying the bathroom is not the issue. Recently they have acknowledged it as shown by their own damp meter but refused to put it right inspite of me willing to pay for it. They were in Check a Trade. What an irony!

Edit/Update: I was pressured by the company to remove this review - despite the company not doing their due diligence into the matter. I really hope they haven't threatened other customers with legal action to take down their honest & accurate reviews too!
