Until selling my BTL property I had used Halcyon as my letting agent for over seven years. They were always very efficient and kept meticulous records in terms of rent collection, organising maintenance (at reasonable rates), inspections, and generally keeping both tenants and myself continually up to date. They have always been friendly and easy to contact and respond pretty much immediately by phone or email as required. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a letting agent to manage a BTL property.

Was with Halcyon in 2 properties for 9 years, the office staff were always responsive and polite and even if the landlords weren’t able to resolve Halcyon would keep you informed. Would definitely rent with them again in the future.

Halcyon have no idea of customer service. after a failure of the banisters on the main entrance to the building all we were told is "you may have to wait until after the weekend". When challenged with the fact that children and persons recovering from major surgery had to use the stairway, and it would be unsafe, they responded that we would just have to stay in our flats all weekend. When asking to speak to a manager we were refused , and left to deal this the junior clerk left in charge
