Mint lettings manage the flats that I live in and they are terrible at responding to messages and slow to fix things.

Such an unethical bunch. Lie that property is let if they simply don’t like the sound of u as a client. Book appointments then cancel with short notice. A house I was told was already let remained on the market - they didn’t even bother letting me view just from the sound of my name. Affordability was never an issue but they didn’t even let me get to referencing stage. And I was dealing with women! Their loss. I’ll take my hard earned cash elsewhere, after all I know what it’s like as a landlord myself.

I wish I could give 0 Stars! The communication at the start was very good but obviously that's because they want you as a customer. Once the contracts were signed though, they disappeared. I kept chasing them about issues with the property, electricity provider and where I can get a meter reading, problems with the toilet etc. but no I had to sort it out myself. After ending the tenancy they took money out of our deposit to pay the electric and gas bills that we NEVER saw! and they didn't even provide proof of those bills and our consumption so they could have made the entire thing up! DISGRACEFUL!

Rented an apartment through Mint Lettings for 5 years. Always very helpful and problems were always fixed quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate in renting through Mint again.

Terrible!! Agree you can rent a property, get all the paperwork ready for you to sign and on the day inform you they are showing someone else around because they both work full time and gives it to them. Discrimination against single mums... Shameful.
