wow - what a nice office! No enthusiasm from the staff though, very bland with their approach and the staff were all new which put me off as I want to deal with an agent who will have reliable staff that don't change every 6 months,

Belvoir have managed our Derby rental property for 2 years and have done an excellent job, equally as good as our previous management company who were also excellent. Couldn't expect better service and value for money.

I must say that the staff here have really improved and did a superb job with letting my property on Horninglow Street. This isn't the first time I've asked the staff to find a tenant for me and can definitely say it's been my best experience so far. Thank you so much.

From the first moment I contacted Belvior at Burton they were extremely helpful and provided all the information I could ask for. They gave great advice on preparing my property for sale and for renting as well. I initially sold my property on the first day of marketing and although the sale fell through (purchaser problem), the team at Belvior helped to get the house back on the market and advised the best strategy to get viewings. They also helped me to arrange a gardener and Gas Safety Inspection and advised in every stage of the sales process.
