Very positive experience from the capable staff at county Lettings in Ware.
The telephone communication was polite, very friendly and efficient.
As potential tenants, the service was honest, and professional.
Many times, people forget gratitude, for the good treatment from lettings agents. They may be dealing with the bottom rung of a property ladder; for some reason, this well established agency has not received the essential feedback it well deserves in providing service to those seeking basic security: a home.
We were looking at a potential home with them. As it happens, it was not for us. Considering the thousands of people homeless in this country, I shouldn’t think complaints are actually warranted, half the time. we had no complaints with them.

Robbed us of all our deposit. The apartment was spotless, in great condition. Service was terrible. My roommate waited around two months for them to have his bathroom to function. Felt as if we were taken hostage by the agency rather than a tenant for three years.

I wanted to review those guys a long time ago, but it’s never too late. Daniel is a great guy, same for his team. Very happy that my family came across this agency.

Absolutely brilliant estate agents; they were quick to respond and fix any issues with the property and all the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend highly enough!
