I would like to say big thank you to Claudio who helped us to sort everything and find our new apartment. I was looking for a long time for an apartment after moving from Manchester to London but without any success. After contacting the agency ,in particular with Claudio, within a week I moved to my new apartment that he found me. He is highly professional, efficient, friendly. I had a very positive experience with him,made the whole process in fact enjoyable. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Finding the first place to make a home in london is extreamly difficult, make sure that you contact Red Bear. They will understand your requirement well and make the whole process less cumbersome for you and your family 👪.

This company is the pits. Partner lost her job back in 2020 due to the pandemic and (whilst other agencies were offering help to tenants) they bled us dry based on inaccuracies in the check out report. Avoid like the plague

Francesca was very rude and lied about the studio flat I enquired about. I was booked to view this studio flat that will become available in Jone and just came on the market, she took the mater personal and cancelled my viewing because she had my sister’s detail from months ago when she was searching and she didn’t like my sister!!
She just said that she will cancel my viewing which is already booked, and that all flats. I was booked for went under offer and she hanged up on me..! Very unprofessional and rude of her. I really want to know the opinion of the business owner and the potential landlords about her attitude.

I have been in a property run by Red Bear for 12 years. In this time I have dealt with Alesha Simpson. Alesha has always been professional and helpful, even up to my last day in the property.

Terrible management agency ever. It's not even worth giving one star.
They don’t receive any call from Tenants also email reply neither. Only you can contact with them when they want you to pay something. If you are looking for a property, you must have to avoid this agency.
Alesha is the most horrible, remember! She is like a ghost. 🤷🏼‍♀️
