I have been with them for almost 5 years and their customer service is appalling. Despite this, the staffs are rude and they lie every time telling you they will come fix something the next day but instead they take 2 weeks to come leaving you in desperate help.
More importantly I have a boiler leak and it's been almost a week that they told me they're going to come in the next 24 hours. Please take caution if you decide to join them because they're unreliable and their workers have limited knowledge when it comes to repairing your heaters, boilers and many other crucial things.

Next time one of your team wants to attack someone else in traffic, they should probably make sure they're not driving your company van. Neanderthals shouldn't be in any kind of customer service

I was homeless they rented me a tiny bedsit I was told I could move after a year that is why i took it ,then i was told they did not move people and I was stuck there for seven odd years and benefits paid them a lot of money for that room over the years .When I moved out despite leaving the electricity key in the room where it could easily be seen and cleaning the room thoroughly I was charged a hundred pounds for cleaning and twenty five for an electricity key i emailed them about this almost a year ago I received no reply to date. some of the office staff are professional and helpful but I ,m sorry to say it ,its hard work dealing with them .As of today 13/01/20 I have now received a reply regarding the rating given but not regarding my deposit money of which i believed £125 of it had been taken unfairly and incorrectly .A higher rating would have been given had I felt more fairly treated and respected over this and other issues mentioned .

I want to thank Antheea Letting for helping me for the last 8 years as a tenant in one of their properties. They were always helpful, they have great stuff and they always treat me with professionalism. My house was very clean and in a good condition when I moved in. Thank you for all this years.

Look I m not tell you lie I got proof they did 3 times with me like that they send confirmation me and my husband went 3 times at property from busy schedules but no one can come there even not pick up phone so please don’t play with people I got more proof if u want I’ll send u in ur head office my husband also received call and text like that how can possible if i m not registered with u then how they got my no check with ur agent before to take action against us I have all call records as well

Called in about a property it felt like the agents just wanted to get off the phone as soon as they heard my budget.. please have time for the little guys.

Awful awful awful. Very rude people. Terrible communication skills.

Very poor service called was told to call back then the property I enquired about wasn’t available they bait and switched 2 properties, and the switch was the difference between a ex local authority, and a modern development..

Shame on you..
