I was verbally threatened by the manager , very unprofessional. Landlords stay well clear!

Then pretend that it was me who has made the error(look below) , again this company take no responsibilities for their words let alone their properties.

Don't even think about it.
Please look somewhere else where you and your needs can be respected, not here !
It takes 3 days for your message to get a feedback.
It takes 2 weeks for the maintanance-man to hear you cry for help ...and still ignore it.
Flaws and issues.

Great agency been using for the last 10yrs. They manage all my properties find tenants quick, achieve good rents also have sold and bought properties through them and advice is always there when I need it. They are the Hmo kings in Northamptonshire and would never look anywhere else for another agency. Well done Paul and John got to give credit 👏 when its due.

TOP NOTCH service from iproperty Finders, very professional guys, so helpful and friendly...they will make you nice cup of tea too if you bring your own milk :) lol , THANK YOU, highly recommended .

Was a kind and accommodative company, will be reccomending to other potential renters.

They've robbed me.
Straight up lied and concealed the truth.
They took my deposit money(200£) and doesn't want to give it back to me !!
I strongly do NOT recommend these crooks.
To add up, the houses they manage are rat infested and other pests present.
Got photos and all that for proof(council notices) in case somebody don't believe me.
Their accomodation I use to live in just got served from the Court because of 12000£ bill worth of unpaid electricity.
This company is NOT a serious company, they are a joke !

Lately i had a very bad experience with an agent called Paul who was booking me for a viewing a property in Wellingborough last Sunday. But guess what he wasn't there, i was calling him several times but nothing. Later on i was texting him on WhatsApp and he was telling me 'Morning and that he was there' but this was a totally lie. Waste of time

I've been contacting some agent called Paul. He doesn't even bother answering to messages . Hope I will never have to deal with this agency
