I can only say what I feel about this company which is, I detest them. Ruthless & uncaring. I have no idea how this company gets away with the things they get away with as they don't provide basic amenities in some cases. They are mean, stingy & cold. I know so many people with this association & they are deeply unhappy & made to feel they have nowhere else to turn regarding help they need as this company deny some people particular work on properties that other associations feel is basic & essential. I could go on but I think you get the gist. I don't make a habit of leaving bad reviews (I've never done it before) but to be fair, this is just the truth. The bad review is on them because if they provided good service & carried out essential work, this review would not be here. One star is too much for them as they are in a deficit of stars to start with!!! Rotten, just absolutely rotten.

Some of there houses don't even have fittings for a washing machine.

Not very good at REPAIRS and time

Not good housing book repairs in done turn up do them cant get speek with housing office hoo dealer with the houses your in ask for move done help you at all they are worth housing going take note of this people even my house got really bad damp and subsides they not botter i not paying bedroom tax not penny there geting of me i moving to privert rented have house back treat druger better then other do not go for house of places for people cowboys that work for them

Very good place to work for.

The company is a joke, the 2nd hand key fob provided when i moved in stopped working and I was locked out of my building until a helpful neighbour gained access and let me into the building, I rang the emergency "helpline" and i was told i would still have to rely on neighbours until the problem was rectified, how can a housing company expect members of the public to let you Into your own home after being at work all day and then having to wait in the freezing cold until someone comes to your rescue!?, it's disgusting, also the website is a joke, they have a repairs procces which goes unanswered, it would only let me rate 1 star which is 1 star above what they deserve!!

I visited the website to get a number to phone and couldn't find one. I then got a number and after 2 calls a number of weeks apart they still haven't phoned me back.
