Mapleleaf Letting Centre

As a landlord, I've used Mapleleaf for eight years now. This letting agency is the best in the Fylde area - very proactive, friendly, and a very good value for money fully managed service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My husband and I have used Maple Leaf’s services for a few years now and have always received excellent service. Would highly recommend this letting agency.

Mapleleaf care about the Lettings industry. They care that the right tenant is in the right property. They care about their tenants. And they care about the Landlords they work with. They consistently go above and beyond with what they provide and especially during the Lockdown/COVID-19 period (which was challenging), they made sure that both tenants and ourselves were kept informed about any updates. Would highly recommend.

Mapleaf care about both the tenants needs and landlords and work professionally to match these . Both Nicki and Mandy went above and beyond to help with my tenancy . They are professional , kind and care about long term relationships that are beneficial for both sides . They answered any questions and my tenancy and move in was handled smoothly . Some of the reviews are not justified based on the level of service I have had so please do not listen . This agents is one of the most genuine and professional local agents there are they genuinely care about the long term relationship so if you are looking for a long term home then I can’t recommend them enough . The fees are transaparent and fair and communication throughout was brilliant . Highly recommended

Great letting agency, the lovely ladies in there knew exactly what they was talking about, and what we needed to apply and get the house we wanted. Couldn't fault it from start to finish.
