Not all property managers are the same !
We were tenants at a property managed by Just Lets at Thrapston. Gillian and Jane were professional, responded promptly, and sorted any house problems we encountered to make our stay smooth . At the end of our tenancy there was no delay in arranging the return of our deposit.

Avoid that agency. I have been renting a house in Thrapston for four years where i have paid everything on time. At the end of contract the agents was very frustrated and they treat me very bad. They ask me to do so many things otherwise i will no get back my deposit. After i have paid four years 750 pounds per months plus bills .Just before i send notice that i want to move they come to the house and they said everything is alright . . In the second visit they have ask me to pay ridiculous things. I have left the router in the house and i have ask the agency tent times to give it me back. They said i should taking once i have leaved the house and they did not return it to me. Avoid it . I will never rent from them.

Great letting agency. Gillian was really helpful from the beginning of our tenancy journey and been a good experience so far. Thank you just let’s.
