A family owned business they are very professional, knowledgeable with a strong sense of customer service and work well with both, the landlords and tenants. Lentolease found a tenant for us very quickly and handled all the process of checking references and collecting the deposit and first rental which made it fairly stress free. They also helped to advise us on what was required of us as first time landlords.

If there had been a possibility for 0 stars, then this is what I would've awarded this company. Writing this review on behalf of my son & his family who rent a property through this company. I have 2 grandchildren under the age of 5 years & one of them is awaiting a review of possibly being on the spectrum for autism who live in this property. For the last month or so, they have had no hot water. My son or his partner have phoned numerous times to find out what's happening but at times, the phone can just ring & ring & at times they've had to give up. A plumber had visited just before Christmas & said that the part they had was wrong & that they'd be back later that day. Nobody came back & nobody has advised them further. They've also been told by a staff member (Brandon) I think that there are many emergencies that have to come first. Surely no hot water in a household for over a month for 2 small children is an emergency & a priority. I don't know what's going on within this company but I'm disgusted by what I've been made aware of & will be talking to the council regarding these issues tomorrow on my son's behalf as he isn't very well at present. With any luck the council will make this company provide what I see as a necessity, that being hot water, especially for 2 very small children. There are other issues they have discussed with this company & they're always waiting on the homeowners approval, or so they've been told that this was the case. Is it that this company are telling the homeowner about problems & theyre ignoring the issues or is it this company just not approaching the homeowner about these issues?
I truly believe its more likely to be the latter. This company should feel very embarrassed about how treatment or the lack of, can affect their customers wellbeing & mental health. Over a month with no hot water is an abysmal service. Disgusting.
