I’ve rented a lot of flats in Cardiff and have never had such a smooth, efficient, warm, professional or overall excellent experience. I’ve been with them since May 2020 and don’t have a single complaint. Aki the manager is just brilliant. Everything is done by the book, in such a friendly manner. Any issue we have ever had with the flat (which are very few) have been dealt with instantly. Affordable housing that is managed perfectly. I will never rent through anyone else and will stay here for as long as they’ll have me.

I lived in the property for 7 months, to be honest I saw a lot of properties in the sorroundings but I find this property always tidy, clean because of the check and balance.
