Fair play managed my block for some time and it's maintained and looked after exactly as we expect, communication is key with a management company and they were always available to answer our questions. Couple of years ago we had a roofing problem and they stepped up with their contractors and resolved everything swiftly.

I found Western P and particularly Neil Gregory to be a very professional individual to deal with - he was very courteous and sympathetic to the issues I had, which ultimately got resolved quickly. I can’t reccommend western P highly enough as a property management company.

I have dealt with WPPMC, both as a leaseholder and director of the residents management company, for over ten years. They provide an excellent standard of service at a very reasonable price. In particular, Neil Gregory, is very patient and effective to deal with - particularly with his help for our freehold purchase.

I have been lucky enough to be acquainted with Mr. Neil Gregory for many years. Whenever a problem occurs the efficient staff deal with it promptly and courteously. This makes dealing with the Managing Agency very easy.

I've been in my apartment block since 2008 and never really thought much about the block management side until recently. In fairness there's a hell of lot to deal with and the fact I've never thought about it before supports Western PP must be working behind the scenes constantly to make it smooth. I thought I'd write this as I'm not working at the moment due to coronavirus crisis yet noticed all operations continue in and outside the block with PPE to ensure continued seamless management. A couple of times in all those years I've contacted them and they've been super responsive. I have pals in a few other blocks in Cardiff with national management agents who are expensive and rubbish it seems. I'm the fortunate one 😁

Had these agents in two properties me and my mrs have been in. Very decent lot, dont think you can go far wrong using them .

We switched to WPP from our previous management company 7 months ago and I really wish we had done it sooner. Their response time is brilliant and they inform us of what it is they're doing. Instead of just receiving a problem we have, they acknowledge the email or phone call (our previous agent didn't) and advise us what steps they're taking. Sarah Cox has been brilliant with any issues or general questions we've had and I've had fellow leaseholders comment the same to me so her professionalism is evident to others also. Won't hesitate to recommend WPP to others.
