I believe Herts have outsourced the MSK function to Connect. The escalation process is incredibly slow. Connect told me they do not have any means to fast-track even urgent cases. Consultancy appointments are conducted by phone (no video call or in-person meetings available) for serious conditions which merit the practitioner seeing the patient.

Please can you tell me when Mr Lim at The Lister is going to be commissioned to treat patients with stage 4 endometriosis? He has the expertise and the equipment and in the meantime these patients - thanks to you are being referred on again to yet another specialist centre thus involving another interminable wait with their biological clocks ticking down even further. These patients have been incredibly let down by the NHS - by the many years they had to wait to be diagnosed- then by the many years It took to find someone with the knowledge expertise and gumption to treat them properly both physically and psychologically only to let down yet again at the last minute by very poor administrative organisation. These women do not have time for the wheels of beaurocracy to turn please DO something NOW show your captive patients you care! PLEASE
