Novum Health Partnership

My partner has been trying to get his repeat prescription since 24 Feb 2022 - it's now 14 March and still not sorted. They have insisted he have a medication review but it is impossible to get an appointment for a telephone consultation which they have insisted is required before he can have his medication.
The same thing happened 3 months ago - he was told he had to have a review before the repeat prescription, which got concluded after about a week.
This time, he can't get an appointment which they have requested, not him. All he he asked for was his repeat prescription, and has had no tablets for 3 weeks now.

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE.
We have been trying to book an appointment for a week, trying to call at 8am as advised. Until 8.20am there was still a message saying "the lines open at 8am"! once we have managed to get through we were told no appointments available! This happens every time we try to book an appointment and when we visit the practice we see rude staff just taking coffee and chatting!
Hope this Practice will be closed down due to the poor services they offer and the extremely bad reviews from other users. We will be switching to a different GP asap.

Worst Practice in all Lewisham area. We are never able to book an appointment, not even for our 3 years old son. Rude reception staff. They must have good connections, otherwise it's unexplainable why they are still open with all these bad reviews.

If I could give this GP less than one star I would. The staff are unhelpful, rude and ridiculously comfortable with breaking protocol. I have been with this GP my entire life but will be looking to move as they are unable to even provide me with my medical records within a decent time frame.

I'm not sure what is going on with the receptionists at Rushey Green but I've been cut off twice, on two separate occasions after my call has been answered. Once may be an accident but twice seems on purpose. I will be making a complaint to the surgery manager

Disgusting behaviour came 2mins late for my blood test the lady closed the door in front of my face when i was asking for help ,disgusting not worth evn one star racist gp should be closed at all

As a receptionist myself , I am a firm believer in the phrase “it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it”. I spoke to a receptionist this morning and her attitude and tone of voice was disgusting, we’ve all had bad days at work but never have I once had someone have to write a negative review about it.

I felt as though I was being scolded/ barked at over a simple question, is that not the point of being a receptionist to answer any queries (within reason) that the public have. I will definitely be taking this further as this woman clearly hasn’t had any training or disciplinary action within novum health, but it’s time.

The voice machine says “please respect our staff , as we won’t tolerate any disrespectful behaviour” what about respecting your patients?.

I really do think the doctors and some receptionist at this practice are lovely as I’ve been a patient for many years and recognise the voices of the receptionist who have also worked at novum health for years however this particular receptionist is simply horrible.

Receptionists are SO rude. Virtually impossible to get an appointment even if you are on the phone at 8am sharp and they do not let you book an appointment for a future day - when you do get an appointment - it’s telephone consultation even if you explain it’s something that needs to be seen in person - they ask you to send pictures rather than seeing you.
