Mental Health Contracts and everything else are sham they dont want to publish waiting times that matter and the true crisis being faced by the NHS and the cost to deal with it. The staff at the bottom stay silent and the staff at the top collude like spin Drs or SPADs to then get a job at some insurance company I bet.

I have been waiting for a mental health referal for more than two years. I was told to call the crisis line as they said there was nothing they could do. Then called to say a mistake had been made and I was now top of the list. Then they called, after I made a complaint, to say I should never have been told that. If I continued with my complaint they would be happy to remove me from their list. Vita Minds.

Can't work out how to give them deserved rating of zero stars. Over ten years they've repeatedly refused to fund treatment in the face of medical advice from more than seven consultant surgeons.

It's hopeless trying to get medical care when it can simply be blocked by a committee that lacks diligence, care or accountability. Last time they refused me treatment on the grounds I'd first seen a GP in 2015 (wrong, 2002) and yet they'd also refused me funding for the same treatment in 2011.

They can't even keep records: Zero Stars.

Said they'd email me back, will I be made to wait forever or maybe another decade.
