Northamptonshire Central Library

Really good library with very helpful staff. Good reference section. If you can't find what book you want, the staff are really helpful.

I haven't been to the library for a few years.
My membership had expired but very easy to renew and get a book out. Thank you.

Such a shame, as wasted resource. Came to use their study area. Staff were friendly. No toilets available to the general public (I used a disgusting public toilet down the road for 10p). The computer area was noisy, I moved to a quieter area to be able to concentrate with several other laptop users in it which was very dark with only a sensor based light flicking on and off every so often. The area then got closed due to how dark it was. I think they said there was a problem?

The whole thing was impractical, I use other libraries in other areas and never have these problems. At least provide a loo!

Its very worse i book a appointment for a freind of mine to register hes baby they took 11£ fee and they didnt book the appointment thats a very shame for northants council.SHAME

Lovely, warm, well stocked library. Staff are friendly. There’s a lift, disabled and nappy change toilet. I take my little boy here often to read books and to play in the children’s area. We love the library!

its good place to sit and do office work as well not only for kids.
staff is very friendly here helping and you can take scans free of cost if you have a pendrive. and they charge 20p incase if you need xerox and the flexibility is you no need to carry cash they will take money with your card and they will coins as you need
