My other half had been using the computer to complete something for work. Unfortunately due to the time limit on the computers she had to ask for more tim despite being a manner and being entitled to two hours of free time. When she asked for more time, staff were funny with her and eventually all her work was automatically deleted and staff refused her more time on the computers and it timed out. She left the library very upset. we won't be using this library with such useless service and uncaring staff. Much better service in Dorking library.

Large range if good books CDs and DVDs. The kids section has a club for younger kids and a variety of sources. The computers are decent there but the keyboard and mouse are greesey.

My family would be lost without this library! I have been taking my children every couple of weeks to swap their books since they were 2 and 3 years old. They love coming and the staff have always been incredibly helpful and friendly.

Ugly, uninspiring and dilapidated - basically the opposite of everything a library should be. Sad that in such an affluent area where there's money to build mock pirate ships in sandpits in the public park, there's not a spare penny to even hire a cleaner or a paintbrush at the local library.
Bizarrely there are often tables free but no chair to sit on at them, the internet is at a painful crawling speed and the selection of books is... "limited".

All the staff are really welcoming and always helpful. The library has a great selection of books for babies up to teenagers. The one thing that does really irritate me is that they don't have any doors easily accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs.

The library staff are friendly and there is a good selection of books, especially non-fiction books. There is also a good amount of seating, but it gets very busy during weekends and holidays so it would be good if they could get extra seating during that period. Also, it shuts rather early at 5pm, although admittedly that's due to budget constraints.

The staff couldn't be friendlier & nicer . They always go the extra mile & are so friendly & warm. An integral part of my life & I wouldn't dare to think how life would be if we ever lost our library.
