Appalling experience on arrival. You have to wait outside, rain or shine, hot or cold. When you press the intercom there is answer and you think that they have taken note that you are there. But, no, you should have rung a phone number. Why didn't they tell you this when they answered the intercom? Why didn't they tell you this when they booked your appointment? AND you can't even access the toilet!! What if you aren't able to stand outside? You have come by taxi and can't wait in the car? An Appalling state of affairs.
