Extensive but location wise I supose it's warranted

Directions to the pay machines not well signed and the down direction ramps are very tight for large cars.

Worst car park company nationwide. Pre book system not work,and they know it. You book , pay, use and then after 2 weeks they send you charge notice and make you road thru hell to prove that you paid it and its their mistake. Never use again

The ParkPass system is convenient to use so there's no messing around with buying tickets. Just drive in and drive out and the charges are applied to your bank card automatically. Every car park should work like this.

On the downside, the same rates apply 24 hours a day so it's way too expensive to park here later in the day. There's no discounted rate in the evenings. Better to park in the Ashley Centre across the road where they have a flat rate of £2.50 after 4pm.

Terrible very narrow and spiral entrance and exit. Not fit for purpose

Be very careful while negotiating it.

If you are gonna switch from a more popular app to yours, make sure your machines work as well.
