Fantastic place to spend the day. Free swimming! Who can complain about that. Staff are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoy taking the children there for numerous activities and events . And not too expensive, either.

Daughter booked pool party Sunday 19/6/22 5pm - 7pm. Staff miserable and unhelpful. Couldn’t get room ready till 3.10pm. No help or guidance where do go, Children told pool ready at 3.15pm. Staff member asked all children how old they were (weird) moaned about a 7 year old in pool even though her aunty and cousin aged 40 & 17 were supervising.complained about two 8 year olds wearing armbands even though there was three adults/parents IN the pool. Hardly enough time for children to have their Birthday food. Told at 4.50 you have ten minutes to pack up and leave. Cafe closed at 3pm said receptionist glued to her seat. She said it’s just Grab and Go. No staff member assisted us when we all arrived we were herded like cattle. No one to help (until one minute to 5pm) when one lad carried slow cooker with hot dogs in to her car. All staff miserable like they didn’t want to be in work. AVOID this dreadful place

Shocking how terrible this place is. And the racism is beyond a joke. Asking for proof of my citizenship every singe time I went in the building I’ve never once been able to use the gym I’ve paid for I’d say 9 months give or take and not been allowed to use the gym it’s taken 7 months to get them to stop taking money out of my account. The manager still hasn’t called me like promised to apologise and refund me as there was proof or racism and refusal use of the building this place is lazy and racism older staff member shouldn’t have to bring passport every time I enter the building and proof of my disability!! This place needs reporting for racial hate and prejudice

Pleasant surroundings, helpful staff. Food choice was poor, only 1 pack of sandwiches to be had at early lunchtime, and the cafe was empty. Had a cup of tea which was awful.... so I left most of it.
