We've attended Chepstow Race Course for a number of events and have never been disappointed. The classis car show had a great variety of cars and old military vehicles on show. There were a number of food vans offering a variety of food, sweets, deserts, ice creams and drinks.

Went here for Ladies night Paloma Faith. Decided to treat the family to hospitality. Wish I hadn't bothered! Took them 20mins to tell me there was no diet coke, another 10mins for drinks to come. In all our three course meal to approx 5hours with us having to ask twice about the cheese course. The only thing going for us was that we were seated at the window with a good view of the finish post 😞

The atmosphere is great, and it's a fun day out, but the hospitality is not set up for such vast numbers. We had a coffee when we arrived, but later, the queues were too vast to attempt to get a drink from the bar.

Fab racecourse, we love the Welsh grand national. Weather was horrific but that's Xmas at Chepstow races lol. I will say though, we sat in the marquee because there was no seating in the bar and the pints were terrible!!!! Totally flat, looked like a pint of apple juice ,and for 6 quid you would expect a decent pint . The bar staff were lovely but didn't seem to know their way around a bar at all, some didn't even know what a half pint was. But it was a cracking day none the less

Great days racing but in the food area in the Grandstand, no where to eat your food after purchase. Tables occupied by drinkers

Surprising good today behind closed doors! Weather stayed dry. Ideal racing conditions. Great staff, great food, great fun. Highly recommended.
