Can't speak highly enough about this company, excellent service, good selection reasonably priced. All the usual in a good review, but I have also had exceptional after sales service!
We had a small latent defect in the finish of a designer radiator, and imagined that claiming on the guarantee might be a problem as we had had it for some time.
I contacted the C. E.O. and he arranged a no quibble replacement. Obviously this didn't happen overnight as he had to get it shipped from Belgium, but I was updated by email throughout. I don't think that there is anything that could be done to better the service and I would definitely use this company again.

We have been customers for over 5 years, and have purchased four bespoke radiators so far; our most recent purchase was today the 11/11/20. We were so impressed with the service that we bought a gift voucher as unique wedding present for a family member. They were very pleased! We have always found the service and advice excellent. We are gradually updating the radiators in our home and will do so from this company. We happily recommend them and have always found Simon to be courteous.

I places the order online, Simon was very professional and friendly throughout. He went quite far out of his way to deliver the radiator to us. Now fitted it looks great and works very well. So glad I did my research for bay window radiators, would use again definitely. Thanks Simon 😊

Ordered a curved radiator for my bay window.
Simon talked me through getting the correct measurements which was straight forward.
Had to be custom made but arrived within the expected timescale.
Have just plumbed the radiator in and it's perfect.
Would definitely recommend.

I have been self employed for over 40 years and I respect people of the same mentality and especially know their product and have experience in what they are doing. I recognised these virtues in Simon and I had the greatest confidence in him. I fully appreciated why he asked for payment in advance, I paid the amount but with circumstances beyond both our controls, I had to cancel the order. Simon was very sympathetic and duly offered to refund my payment. I had no hesitation that he knows his product inside out and is extremely trustworthy. I would have no hesitation in using his services if my circumstances were to change.
The fact that he was suggesting several weeks to delivery indicated how busy he was and attentive to detail. It certainly went his favour for me, knowing he would keep his promise. Too many people promise something and then let you down.

I last used Simon for a curved radiator I installed in 2006 which is still going strong. Now I have another curved radiator (not from The Radiator Factory) that had failed after 30 plus years of service and I did not hesitate to contact Simon and order another as a replacement, which has just been delivered to his usual high standards of quality and service. In fact, as I write this, I'm about to order a third unit from him as a replacement for another similarly old unit in anticipation of its imminent demise. Simon was very good, he was/is inundated with work, the time line he gave for the completion and delivery was bang on the money. the template I made on Christmas wrapping paper for the curve was easy enough to do and when he delivered the radiator it fitted a treat, very very pleased with it.
