BMA Estates

Brilliant estate agency. I recently instructed BMA estates to manage my property, after becoming fed up with the ridiculous fees and poor service from other estates agencies. They were quick to find tenants and started the agreement with minimal fuss. The property required major work at short notice which they were able to complete for me at a great price and in time before the new tenants moved in. Since, they have managed the property efficiently and any maintenance work is done at a fair price.

We were very impressed with the service provided by BMA Estates. They co-ordinated the sale so everyone knew what was happening, kept things moving and showed good communication skills. We will be working with them again. Daniel in sales and Louise in aftersales are especially a credit to BMA Estates

The best estate agents I have ever used. We purchased a house through them, and the whole process was very smooth. The sales team, particular Lucy O'Mara was very good at keeping us updated with the progress. Overall an excellent and personal service.

They sold two houses for us and supported us through numerous stages of the sales including when buyers dropped out and we had to start again. Samantha and Rob were our main contacts and were brilliant throughout. We've already recommended them to a family member and they sold that house within days!

They are okay, I suppose. Have lots of property available for students and professionals but getting agents to show you around can be a bit of a hassle and a tad unsatisfying as everything can be so rushed. The agents are on a clock to show the property, or different properties, to as many people as possible, and you sometimes feel like you are delaying them when you want to take more time or ask further questions.

Their office is easy to locate though, smack in the centre of town, but there's no personal touch to service. At least, I felt none.

Have let with BMA for a year and after relocating properties made it easy, hassle and stress free. I dealt primarily with Rob Penniston, who was at all times professional, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend the company and Rob enough, thank you!

Complete bunch of cowboys! Have to chase them every month for our rental income, even though tenants pay on time. Never return my calls. Will be choosing another letting agent, who actually do the job they are paid for. Use them at your peril!
