Being non-resident UK, I was very much confused on investing in UK property. I dialed many "reputed" agents to know how property buying and selling works in UK but got very lame response from them.

Then finally I dialed Click estate agency, all my queries were heard and answered patiently by Mohammad Iqbal until I got satisfied.

After arriving in UK, Mohammad Iqbal took time to show me different properties and options. Very next day I was able to finalize the property.

Great estate agents. Went above and beyond. Seller was dragging their heels, and these guys did everything they could to help. Ringing the sellers solicitors, chasing up needed paperwork.

Unfortunately I cannot rate this estate agent any lower, They pull their feet when work needs doing I lost thousands because they couldn’t be bothered to fix my plumbing, all that was needed was a different pipe. Now they completely ignore me even though the landlord asked them to release the deposit (illegal). Also note that they do not put your deposit in a bond scheme, In all a very dodgy company, Do yourself a favour and do not use this letting agent.

Easy process sold & bought through click. Purchase wise, every step I was given updates from viewing to completion. Helped with solicitors, the team were Professional and friendly. Sales wise the team was very quick from valuation to photos to arranging viewings / getting feedback and getting sold under 7 days. I would highly recommend Click and use them again after such a great personal service. They took away all the stress which usually comes with buying and selling properties, making the whole process very simple and easy for me.

Recently moved back to UK and Click estate agency found me and my friends house in very short time. The staff were very friendly and guided us through all the contract and house moving process.
