The service we have received from the team at Keenans has been brilliant from start to finish. Richard and Teri were looking after the sale of our house and were both fantastic. Very professional, friendly and approachable with any questions we had. Richard gave very honest opinions and advice which ensured that we secured a sale on our house. Super happy with the service, would highly recommend.

We have sold two houses via Keenans in Barnoldswick. We had a number of local agents come round and value the houses - Keenans valued the houses at the best prices and were the most positive about selling the houses. They also offered the best fees. We researched how different local agents listed properties on rightmove - Keenans offered the best write-up and listed room sizes, plus a floor plan. They also use professional photographers so there was no doubt at all that their property photos were the best by far. Keenans did the viewings for us at one house and we did the viewings at another house. We had accepted offers within less than 24-hours on one house and within about 3 weeks on the second house.
Our only criticism is that once the offers had been accepted and solicitors were involved, Keenans didn’t seem to want to be involved - We had to ring them a few times over the many months it took to complete on the sales, but we were told, quite rudely, to just deal with the solicitor (despite the fact that the solicitor had asked us to contact Keenans due to buyer solicitor issues) - This is in contrast to the agent we were buying a house through who contacted us a few times with updates on both our purchase with them and our sale via Keenans, even giving us updates on our buyer-via-Keenans position!
Ultimately, yes, we would definitely recommend Keenans as they certainly can sell your house at the best price!

Excellent service from Keenans - very professional and helpful

I could be more impressed. Keenan's Team were professional from my first call. I took a while to decide if I was going ahead but they never chased or pressured me. Then when I did go ahead they were again helpful, friendly and professional. The best bit they sold the house within an hour on the first morning I allowed viewings. I couldn't ask for more

They may offer a better price compared to other estate agents to sell your property but I'm afraid the standard won't be anywhere near as good.
They don't respond to calls, fail to pass on messages to colleagues and don't offer any form of feedback after viewings, you have to do all the chasing yourself and getting a response is like pulling teeth. Once a property gets an offer they seem to lose interest, they don't follow anything up and getting a progress report of any description is impossible. Selling a house is stressful enough without having to spend every day phoning the people who are supposed to be doing the work for you to get any feedback. Avoid at all costs.

Very professional, viewed properties with this agent and delighted with the service from both members of staff I have dealt with so far. Would recommend to anyone looking at selling or buying.

Worst estate agent even dealt with.No drive to complete sale.No customer service.Rang the office and get dealt with by what can only be described as self entitled kids with no professionalism and arrogant attitude that would rather you walk away from a house purchase than do any work to complete the house purchase/sale.Very poor communication.Definitely would avoid at all costs
