AVOID AT ALL COST. We are down £1,500 due to being mislead and lied to about a property we wanted to rent that came up to be damp and terrible living conditions when looked at closely. On initial viewing, they covered all the issues up and claimed it was ‘checked’ and certificated. Within 24 hours of being in the property and through a thorough clean (which to add, was left in disgusting conditions), the wallpaper in the master bedroom surrounding the window was sagging, discoloured and wet due to damp (something that was not there back before Christmas when seeing the house, conveniently after he had a decorator). When this issue has been brought up, they go against consumer acts rights (stating the tenancy should be ‘rewinded’ in the case of bad practice), and it took us to measure the damp FOR them to stop telling us to ‘just turn the radiators on and the wetness will go’.

I and others were threatened, assaulted or instantly evicted from the property.
Our mistake as tenants was just to complain about extremely poor but expensive living conditions.
James, Laura Bonnet (agent) and financial enforcer 'Ash' physically attacked me after refusing to pay for non-existent WiFi connection.
Pictures are of the loose ethernet cables running up the stairs, broken bathroom door and rubbish I had to bag up myself for removal on a regular basis.
They employ local gangsters to intimidate tenants.
