After getting 4 quotes from estate agents for selling my house, I chose Radcliffe & Rust and am so glad ! did! Not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but certainly the best for my me and my property. Richard was on the case all the time - from rapidly getting the property on the market to managing the bidding process and then right through to gently chivvying the buyer along. The sale went through on time and left me with a new and improved view of what a good estate agent can do for you!

We are tenants with them and the process could have not been any more painful.
They messed up on the transfer of utility services and we ended up doubled billed.
They are also extremely disorganized and seem to have a high turn out of staff.
They also lost our immigration codes and apparently only confirmed we were allowed to rent in the UK after we moved in.
Once we moved in the problems continued, we found some maintenance issues and are still waiting (3 months now) for something to be done about it.
Finally, they also have pretty high fees for breaking contracts earlier forcing you to not only cover the rent until they find a new tenant but also pay £2200 for the privilege.

If you are looking for an estate agent that really has everyone’s best interests at heart, look no further. Fantastic human beings all of them. We bought our small house off Mill Road in 2014 and for 18 months another agent was handling the let. We moved to R&R and. Never looked back. If I was buying or selling or renting a house in and around Cambridge, they would be my go to. Fair pricing, excellent service and very responsive. Thank you team, past and present.

I was buying house valuation booked form lenders and estate agents played silly games with vendors and all collapsed apart Connells Cambourne branch wasted my 6 months it was very stressful time of my life I went through . But God is Great I found

I let out a house for four years, and Radcliffe and Rust were the letting agents managing the property. I have never had any complaints about their service, and have always found everyone to be helpful and trustworthy. Any issues reported by the tenants were dealt with in an efficient and reasonable way. I particularly appreciated the advice that David Radcliffe gave me when preparing to let out the house. I was pleased to also be able to use their services as estate agents when the time came to sell.

We had good relationship as tenants but the moving out out procedure was a bit painful.

Communication was not ideal but that was only a minor issue.

We trusted the agent to do viewings while we were not at the flat as we had moved out already.
When I went to check the condition of the flat at the last day, I noticed that they have left the lights on and the heating on the booster setting!
I doubt that it was done on purpose as it could easily just be someone that viewed the house or the cleaning service that they hired. Either way it was extremely frustrating and inflated our electricity bill.

We've sold our property with Radcliffe & Rust this fall and we are glad that we had Richard on our side to get this done. The beginning was a bit bumpy with Lauren (an agent who left a few weeks later), but Richard really made us feel that things were under control. He always explained things upfront very clearly and kept us up to date on the process. We are very happy that the sale went through and we know that Richard was a very important piece to make this happen. Thank you so much once again!
