Awful service. I called to book a valuation for my property and was dealt with by a very rude and hostile member of staff who begrudgingly booked the valuation for the following week. Although I was already unimpressed by this stage I decided to go ahead with the valuation as I have multiple properties in their area and wanted to give them a chance. Come the day of the valuation no one turned up. I called the office and spoke to a lady who said they had nothing booked in, but they would be happy to arrange another appointment for me. Given the shoddy and unprofessional service I had received so far I decided it was best not to waste any more of my time with this company, who clearly do not care about their customer relations or generating more local business.

Really helpful team, proactive at selling properties and kept us in the loop regarding the sale at all times. 100% recommended.

Our experience with KHP was excellent with Georgie and Becky. The length of time from agreeing purchase to completion was lengthy 6 months. We were told the probate was in hand and being dealt with but this not the case. Every time we enquired as to progress we were told by Gareth that the seller wanted to complete quickly. Quickly was not the word we would use. We were impressed with Georgie who when we requested to have access to property re work that we would need to do he was helpful.

Couldn't of been happier with the service provided by the team at KHP Country Homes. Communication was periodic and useful, the photos taken where very professional, and our home sold very quickly for more than we thought. We had issues with the house we purchased and KHP played an important part in getting the deal over the line. Couldn't recommend enough.

I was a recent property purchaser rather than a vendor. I cannot fault the professionalism and responsiveness of the Paddock Wood team. They all helped and facilitated the sale well and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Used KHP estate agent a couple of years ago and was totally unprofessional. Just tried to purchase a property with them and was once again treat unprofessionally. Extremely poor service recieved. You're response to this post is childish and will await Ombudsmans to investigate my complaint along with this review.
