Everyone at Leysbrook are a professional, knowledgeable team who work amazingly together. We had a bit of a rollercoaster journey but Donna was amazing!! She was always at the end of a phone if I had any worries or had a question.

Leysbrook is my go to estate agent. They go above and beyond any other estate agent I’ve ever used from the initial valuation through to completion. Simon, Andrew, Donna and Andrea are a fantastic team who are always on the ball. They respond and act quickly to queries and Donna is brilliant at putting your mind at ease if you foresee and are worried about a potential issue. They keep in regular contact, meaning you are always kept up to date at the various stages of the sale and they all have a great sense of humour - much needed when house buying. I cannot recommend them enough.

I recently used Leysbrook to sell my house in Letchworth and have no regrets at all in choosing them. I had a very personal service from them, they marketed the house really well and it sold very quickly. Their advice was always sound and they did a really good job at managing my increasing stress throughout a pretty drawn out process. Unfortunately w we’re not impressed.
After being unable to view a property on a Sunday arrangements were made for Monday 11am.
So, after driving 86 miles 172 miles total and approximately 2 hours we arrived at the property to find the Estate Agent didn’t have a key for access. In addition she had forgotten her telephone so used ours to contact the office to find out what’s happening.
We’re not impressed and are really pleased our selling agent isn’t as incompetent.
The least we would have expected is a call from the agents manager. We all understand mistakes happen but there are no excuses for being so rude didn’t even try to make a date to rearrange viewing.

I have used Leysbrook Estate Agents for the past few years, both in a professional capacity (as a family lawyer) and a personal capacity. I have always found the entire team to be friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

I cannot recommend them highly enough and refer my clients to them - as I know that they will give them an excellent service at a very reasonable cost.
