Isabelle's Estates was recommended to me and with a low rate fee and accompanied viewings I was happy with what they had to offer. They did not disappoint, James and his team offer a great personable service that I feel many other agents lack. I was kept informed regularly and my views taken seriously. The photographs taken were excellent and almost made me not want to sell! My house sold within a week and I was very happy. I have since recommended Isabelle's to friends and wouldn't hesitate in recommending to others.

James and his team gave exceptional customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. First class service at a very reasonable rate. You get the price of an online estate agent but the service of a high street agent. Can't recommend them highly enough. If it wasn't for James and his team's persistence, I think we might have lost the house we wanted. I'm so pleased we gave our instructions to Isabelle Estates to market our house!

I can't recommend Isabelles highly enough. They managed my tenancy throughout the 3 years I was at the address and at every turn they were exceptional in every aspect of the service they provided. Repairs, when needed were completed unbelievably quickly and always to the highest standard. I don't want to single anyone out but Chris has managed my account exceptionally and I will always be grateful for everything she and the team have done. I will miss them.

AVOID this place! Lousie who answered the phone is abosultely helpless. I phoned yesterday (21.07.2022) to enquire about a property in Hitchin and she said someone would get back to me. (they never did). Then I called again this morning and apparently she recognised me as she said: "ah you are the one who wants to know if a kitten is allowed in a property?". Then she goes: "from previous conversations I had with this landlord he doesn't seem to want a pet". Is Lousie guessing here or just trying to get rid of me on the phone? I was highly interested in seeing other properties in the area as well , but with this rubbish customer care and her lack of interest in offereing other places I simply gave up on Isabelle Estates. They are losing a good client today! I shall look at another decent and respectful place now.
