The best estate agents I have rented with (have used 3 others in the past). Very easy to communicate with and any issues with the property were dealt with very quickly. They were very easy going and made sure I was comfortable with any checks/inspections that would need to take place and would accommodate to what suited me at the time.

I can not thank Anita enough ! She was amazing, so friendly, helpful and very professional! , she helped my parents find the perfect property and went through everything step by step with them , making them feel comfortable and reassured as the paperwork process was all online. Anita and also the other staff responded very quickly to our emails and phone calls and was always very kind. Thank you again for all your help :) would definitely recommend and like to reassure others they provide a good service

Rented a flat 3 years ago with Woodhouse and just signed for the 4th year. Obviously issues arise whether you rent or own a property but when you’re renting you expect them to be solved in no time and for this reason we thank Anita. Her responsiveness and communication far exceed the 5* above!
