We have just sold our house through Fairfield. Having previously rented through them as tenants and bought through them we have experienced their 1st class service from nearly every perspective. Matt, Chris and Lauren have been great in quickly getting our house under offer and have ensured a very smooth transaction with minimal stress. Fairfield were the agent for the property we were purchasing. We have just exchanged contracts! Every person in their office was helpful and particularly Matt Holmes who was managing the purchase. Communication was great and he did everything to make this stressful process go much smoother. I wish that I could have used Fairfield for the property I was selling too, but unfortunately it was out of their area.
