Ashbourne - Letting & Estate Agents Southsea

I entered and was looking for a house to rent for next year. I was asked by Rashed about my budget and specifications for the house and was immediately shown houses. I chose the ones that interested me and booked viewings. The viewings were booked on the spot and it was such a quick process, I think it took 10 minutes in total. Rashed got back to me in case I was interested in one of the houses, and made sure to answer absolutely any question I had in mind, which was quite professional, and something I do not experience often when interacting with agents.

This is the best service I have ever had. The staff are the best very understanding, helpful, amazing and 100% recommend. Tanya is the best person I've have help me in a very long time. Very helpful indeed. Julia also with all the paperwork that I required. Overall the best letting agents.

Ashbourne have been both personable and exceedingly helpful; Lyndsay being an absolute gem with communication and guiding us through the stressful referencing section! Dally was also so great when it came to some maintenance issues with the flat, and he made the whole thing a lot more seamless when it came to moving into our new home. Would definitely recommend their services - quick and easy organisation of property viewing, and a swell team that allowed for an enjoyable experience :)

Definitely the agency to avoid. They have major issues with management as they always seem to make mistake with paper works and document which almost ended up making us pay more rent than advertised. They are also very slow with response on fixing accomodation issues and will try to avoid solving unless you keeping chasing them endlessly otherwise they just forget about it.

Definitely leave this for last option as it's bound to give you a headache during your tenancy period.

Seem poorly managed. Didn't know anything about the property which meant there were issues during the tenancy.
Tried to increase the price of a renewal and then when I refused, they put on the market for the original price.
Check out process was a disaster, I could have got more info on where they spent my deposit money by shaking a magic 8 ball.

The buying process was very smooth. Quick responses and professional approach to the process. During the managing, some questions I had weren't responded to quickly or I had to remind myself, but that is not a worry to me.

Really happy with the service Ashbourne have provided. I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Rashed who helped me with any queries I had and made this experience as less stress free as possible. Highly recommend!
