Steve Borland and the rest of his friendly team delt with both our sale and purchase. It was great having a dedicated local estate agent to deal with as I was always able to talk to someone on the phone. The team were on top of things at every stage of the process and kept us well informed.

Initial meeting positive and professional. Sales literature and photos excellent. Ongoing communication, feedback from visits, and general updates were poor. Had to to chase each time for information. Communication during final stages of sale was disappointing and to date, there has been no courtesy email to thank for our business.
