RF&O Properties - local specialist in sales and lettings

I definitely would not recommend RF&O Properties.
After having been a tenant for 5 years, we were sent a Section 21 via letter out of the blue. We were told they wanted to sell the property. It is now up for rent again at a far larger monthly figure than we paid (this is a property owned and managed by them)
We also didn't appreciate three monthly inspections over the whole 5 years and repairs were not done in a timely manner. We spent 6 months brushing our teeth over the bath due to a blocked sink and the whole of last winter sshowering with a window open (to prevent mould) due to a broken extractor fan. Both issues were known about but either not fixed or not fixed for a long time

Fantastic service from RF&O. A particular thank you to Olivia who made our buying experience a pleasant one. Unlike many mainstream estate agents, this one retains that traditional and personal feel which is a rarity these days. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended 👌
