I rented a property in Farnborough through James Griffin earlier this year and have always received great service!

Very poor service. Please think carefully before renting with this company and think carefully about your deposit, at the end of my tenancy it was a question of how much of my deposit could be kept. I had to fight just for the right to address some issues that were left by the cleaner.
Read the tenancy agreement carefully and challenge any clause that you find uncomfortable.
They charged me £5 to remove a perfectly good suction shower head holder from a bathroom that had no fixed shower head holder. I'd left it as a courtesy to the next tenant.
They also charged me £10 to remove two good over door hooks in the bedrooms, they had been put there so that no fixed hooks were put on the doors thereby causing damage to the doors.
I received an email from them stating that they would be going through the check out report in order to find deductions from my deposit.
Maintenance issues, once reported, were generally fixed, but not swiftly.
Look carefully at the extra costs of rental, such as expensive fees for references and check in.
I didn't feel that there was any recognition of the care and attention I gave the property.
Not all my emails were answered.
All in all, I'll try my hardest to never rent again.
