Wow! I was not expecting that sort of personal drive and commitment but that’s exactly what I got from HMT. Nick Lake took every concern of mine and dealt with it professionally, calmly and sorted things out as soon as they could be done.
Being autistic means I can get very stressed and moving house is as we know one of the big ones for inducing stress.
