Williams were fantastic with our sale - lots of viewings lined up straight away and kept us informed on feedback. House was sold within a few weeks.

Emily in particular was brilliant - so friendly and helpful and we enjoyed having chats with her on a regular basis. Thanks so much for making our move as stress free as possible!

Williams was not actually my estate agent, they were working with the people that sold me my house, however I cannot rate them highly enough, Emily was fantastic and kept me informed and updated every step of the way, and was really helpful when my Reading estate agents were rubbish, I would highly recommend them and in particular Emily. Thanks for all you help,

Williams gave the most positive (and as it turned out - realistic) valuation of our property, and delivered with finding us the right buyers. Their fees were also very competitive. Any hiccups along the way were down to solicitors, and so Williams (Juliet in particular) did exactly what they needed to to get us to the finish line.

I purchased my 2 bed top floor apartment in Clanfield via Williams of Petersfield in May. The property was listed via dual agents and I almost missed out on the property due to some underhand tactics from the opposing agent. Fortunately this wasn’t the case, Juliet in particular was extremely helpful in this scenario and even arranged for me to view the property on her day off; she really went above and beyond. I’ll have no hesitation using Williams for my future buying/selling needs.

Juliet was incredible. This was our first home we were purchasing and she kept us in the loop the whole time and answered all my questions (which were quite a few!). Even when she went on holiday, she clearly did a good handover to her colleagues who were also really helpful and in the know. Thanks to Juliet and the rest of the team!

I really did not want to have to leave a negative review for a local independent business, although I am afraid that I have been left with little choice.

As a tenant who has now vacated the property in which I rented through Williams, I have been extremely disappointed with the lack of communication / willingness to act when it comes to answering our final queries and authorising the return of our deposit.

The checkout report was carried out two days after we had vacated. We did not receive a copy of this until 5 days later. We were quite unimpressed as Williams gave the landlord access to the property before we had actually handed keys back but it is safe to say we looked past this given we were no longer living at the property.

It has now been over three weeks of trying to communicate with Williams to understand what dilapidations have been raised and when we can expect our deposit to be returned. After numerous emails to the Property Manager, the Branch Manager and the Lettings department, we are no closer to reaching a conclusion.

Despite the fact we had the apartment professionally cleaned and left it in a far better state than we got it in, we have agreed to pay for two things raised in the checkout report. This was now nearly a week ago. I am confused as to why it has taken so long for us to receive a response to a matter we were told would be dealt with by the end of last week.

When we moved into the property there were several issues which left us unable to live at the property for three days. Despite this, we paid full rent in the hope that this would be dealt with swiftly. We were happy to move past this as these things happen but are now getting more and more frustrated with how Williams have handled this.

We have been left with little choice but to file a dispute with mydeposits. This is the last option we wanted to pursue given that we were more than happy to discuss any issues raised but it is looking more likely that we will have to file this at the end of the week should Williams not act immediately.

We have been incredible flexible and responsive throughout this process but time and time again it has been made more complicated than it needs to be. It has been very stressful for all involved and we hope that Williams finally take some responsibility for their failings. I stated that I was dissatisfied several times but not once did we receive an apology or an explanation as to why this was taking so long. Instead, I was simply told that it would be dealt with at a later date upon return of the Property Manager. We were happy to wait and give them the opportunity to finally resolve this once and for all but I am writing this after another day of no response. This is not good enough!

Williams recently sold my house for me and they were absolutely brilliant all the way throughout the process. Declan and Linda gave me heaps of really useful advice and Julie was so so supportive as my sale progressed to exchange. All of the team were amazingly helpful, professional, supportive and actually just brilliant. I would definitely recommend Williams.
