I have used this company to manage my portfolio of properties.
Not only do they do all the legal stuff and find tenants they also can carry out refurbishments and repairs which takes the hassle from is landlords.

I thankfully have moved on in my life,but will never forget the help I was given by a professional and caring team.
The building was always cleaned to a high standard,and any maintenance requirements were done quickly and accurately,by a happy,motivated team.

I have rented for a number of years without problems, but had the unfortunate experience of being lumbered with Complete Property Group for a couple of years after a change in management. They were incredibly overbearing, regularly leaving passive aggressive notes about where we could and couldn't park, how often we should defrost our freezer etc. They inspect the flats far more regularly than seems necessary and are often in and out for some reason or another (I once had someone sent out to fix my door which was apparently squeaky - despite me never having noticed it and not requesting it). This all contributes to an environment where I was left feeling encroached upon in my own home. I was also charged what I considered to be exorbitant prices for things such as using the communal washing machines (£3 per wash). Further to this, I was left without hot water on a number of occasions, which they would seemingly resolve quickly, only for the issue to reoccur. Finally, they kept scaffolding up, blocking the only windows, for most of a summer I was a resident. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a letting agent.

We rented a property through CPG for about nine months and they provided great service throughout. We only moved because we needed to, it was through no fault of the company. All of the staff were very polite and friendly, endeavouring to answer any question or fix any issue right away.

Fantastic pub. Lovely staff and a great carvery. Plenty of seating inside and out. A pool table in good condition was 1 pound for 2 games. Toilets clean and well maintained. Good value and worth a visit.

When planning to re-furbish our rental property, Sue and Jack made a site visit and gave us very good advice as to the various rental options that we could consider and also comprehensive input as regards the best refurbishment plans.
Once completed, Keith prepared the excellent marketing strategy which resulted in a successful letting within one month – everything performed to our complete satisfaction.

Recently started managing apartment block I live in. Fantastic service, very friendly, helpful and professional. Responded to emergency call out very promptly during recent bad weather and made sure the building was made safe - Very grateful tenant ... big thank you to Jack, Paul and Gemma...

I have been a CPG customer for many years and they have been the best agency I have used in comparison with at least 5-6 others, covering multiple properties, including lettings and sales. Sue, Gemma, Keith, Jack and the rest of the team have always been highly engaging. We have discussed and dealt with the whole gambit of issues, including structural repairs, tenant issues, sale challenges, legal issues, access and equipment. Gemma even sat outside the apartment one afternoon to allow access for a new appliance after numerous failed attempts by the incompetent supplier to deliver! I have spoken to Sue over weekends about emergencies and was largely hands off for a recent sale that Keith completed for me; unusual these days in the current climate of having to drive these things over the line with other agencies. I highly recommend their services for lettings, sales and management and sincerely thank them for all of the work they have done on my behalf over the last 11 years.
