Ezemove Ezelet

I am currently looking at a few estate agents online. Ezemove were one that has ground floor accommodation suitable for me. However, there are still problems that some estate agents or landlords don't or won't accept those of us that are on housing benefits without a guarantor. I keep trying all the estate agents as much as possible. I may find a place soon.

Accepted us to move in to a property to rent with a £400 deposit, then said we failed a credit check and kept the money. This was 2017. Disgusting

This is my first time renting through Eze Let. Everything went so swimmingly from the video viewing right up until I picked the keys up. My main point of contact is Donna and she has been so helpful! If I have any problems or questions, she will never leave an e-mail for any longer than a few hours max. Very responsive and arranging the contractor to come out and fix any issues is all done within the same day. Definitely recommend :)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE A STUDENT. I never once spoke to the landlord of the house i was trying to rent. The company demand extensive and instrusive information such as passports, utility bills and ID on both you and your guarantors which scared people off renting aswell as not being asked for by any independent private landlords, making finding tenants near impossible.

At points I didn't know whether I should contact Ezelet or Homelet as so little information is provided in addition to a near £450 holding deposit on one such property. The process is overly complicated and for students a nightmare.

Been more than 23 days since contract finished and still haven’t gotten any update on the deposit return or deductions invoice. Keep telling us that they are waiting for landlord. They do not take account from the perspective of the tenant. As a student we are so tired of not being taken seriously. Some student tenants need their deposit to make payments for their bills. For my last house, got full deposit on the same day, our contract finished (obviously was not ezelet).

Brilliant team. I never encountered any issues with Ezelet. They were always ready to help and i lived in my flat peacefully. The Landlord was also brilliant in ensuring things were fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend Ezelet. :)
